Closing the gap as it pertains to women and access to financial resources, literacy and independence is key in driving an inclusive society.

At SHE-ILD Initiative, we marked this year's International Women's Day themed " Gender Equality for Sustainable society" #BreaktheBias.

Amongst the many biases to be broken, is the bias around women and finance and at SHE-ILD Initiative we are not just talking but we are walking the talk to see women financially educated and empowered.

We leveraged on the expertise of our speakers and panelists who did justice to the different sessions ranging from women in finance, building Competencies in today's society to financial opportunities  which abound in today's economy.

Over 250 participants equipped with the right knowledge to be rightly positioned for financial growth and 3 businesses emerging as winners in the business pitch session with seed fundings and mentorship scholarships.
Three other outstanding businesses also received business support funds.

Indeed we are breaking the bias.

We are not relenting, the vision is the see a world where women can be all they ever desire to be..
